Traffic Coordinator

The responsibilities of the Traffic Coordinator are to oversee and organize the flow of traffic, meaning as video production is complete it is properly labeled, logged, and shipped to the appropriate destination. RSAT produced over 6,400 commercials last year and those tapes were sent to over 500 TV stations around the country. As you might expect, it is important to have a detailed record and tracking system in place to make sure everything is delivered, scheduled, and logged correctly. This is salaried position offering benefits, matching IRA, and vacation days.

Requirements:

• Experience in media preferred not required, whether it be with an agency or radio/TV/print
• Bachelor’s degree preferred not required in a business or broadcast journalism related field
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer or equivalents
• Must have ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Must have communication skills, as this position coordinates with additional departments
• Must be willing to occasionally stay late or work weekends as workload dictates

Internet Marketing Specialist

RSAT is seeking to expand its rapidly growing internet marketing department and is looking for a well-rounded individual who has experience in one or more of the following areas: web design, programming, search engine optimization and online advertising. The responsibilities of this position are to help ensure all projects are completed on time and correctly, while staying up to date on the latest advertising industry trends in internet marketing and website design so that our clients continue to receive premium results in a timely fashion so they maintain their status as trendsetters within their respected industries. This is salaried position offering benefits, matching IRA, and vacation days.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred not required in computer science or information technology related field
• Must have intermediate or high skill level in web design, programming, and/or internet marketing
• Monitor, track, and report on paid search metrics, including trend analysis

• Interact with copywriter and web service manager to optimize copy and landing pages for Search Engine Marketing

RSAT is seeking a talented, experienced media professional to maintain and improve performance of a specified account list with monthly advertising budgets and revenue goals. The responsibilities of this position are to request avails, negotiate rates, and place media buys based on the needs and budget of the assistant media buyer’s account list. This position is highly goal-oriented and measurement of results to ensure quality performance is essential. This is salaried position offering benefits, matching IRA, and vacation days.
